We appreciate your partnership and hard work. When you refer any of our services, you’ll earn a referral bonus as a thank-you. Here’s a quick guide to our services and referral payment structure:

Services Eligible for Referrals:

• Home Energy Audits (RI & MA only): $100 bonus on qualified appointments.
• HVAC Heating & Cooling
• Solar Panel Removal & Reinstallation
• Windows, Doors, Roofing (non-solar), Siding
• Insulation Projects
• Solar Referrals (non-sales partners)

Referral Bonuses:

• Project value $1,000-$5,000: $100
• Project value $5,001-$10,000: $200
• Project value $10,001-$15,000: $600
• Project value $15,001-$20,000: $800
• Project value $20,001+: $1,000

Special Roof Sale Bonus (with Solar): 10% of the roof cost.

Note: Bonuses are paid after contracts are signed and projects are completed. Specific timelines and conditions apply to each service. Referral terms may change without notice. To qualify for a referral bonus, the referrer's information must be submitted to United Better Homes before the appointment is conducted and the contract is signed. Referrals submitted after an appointment has taken place or after a contract has been signed will not be eligible for a bonus.
